In our recent HS tournament, we were trying to fill open bracket positions in a 16 man bracket with JV/Non-Scoring wrestlers.  For an example, we had 20 wrestlers wanting into a 16 man weight class.  We seeding the top 4 Varsity wrestlers.  After that point, we needed an option to only move the remaining Varsity wrestlers into the bracket, leaving the JV/NS wrestlers in the unseeded window.  

Once all the Varsity wrestlers are placed in the ladder, we could easily using "randomly pick a contestant" option to determine a draw from the remaining JV/Non-scoring wrestlers.  Thank you, C. Granard
