We received a call today from someone who purchased a Cannon iP2820 printer.  Whenever he printed 2 bout cards per page (Portrait mode) or 1 bout card per page (Landscape mode), the bottom of the printout was cut off.

This is due to the printer itself.  The bottom margin for the Cannon iP2820 is 5/8" from the bottom of the page.  This is extremely unusual as most printers support 1/4" - something we rely on.  The only work around is to print one bout card per page in Portrait mode or to use a different printer.
