While many tournaments use the weight classes we provide in the "File", "New...", "Create from scratch" window, you can still use the program if your weight classes don't appear.  From the create from scratch window, select the weights that are closest to what you need from the "Use:" drop down list.  If none of the options are close, choose "Custom" from the list and set the "Bracket count:" field appropriately.

After updating all of the other settings (e.g. "Use Round Robin:", "Bracket size:"), click the "Create the tournament" button.

Bring up the "Bracket list" window ("Bracket list" button or "View", "Bracket list" menu.  From this window you can change bracket titles by highlighting one in the list, modifying the "Title:" field, and clicking "Change".  You can remove a bracket by highlighting it in the list and clicking "Remove".  You can add a new bracket by clicking "Clear", entering in the new "Title:", setting the other fields, and clicking "Add".  The new bracket will appear at the
bottom of the list.  You can move it to the correct list position by highlighting it and then clicking the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons as needed.
