TournamentSR allows you to resize its window.  It also allows you to move the divider bar betwee the Setup windows area and Ladder displays area.  Sometimes this can cause a Bracket, Team, Contestants, Seeding, Ladder, or Pigtails window to get partially hidden.

To fix this, use the "View" menu, "Upper window ->" (for Setup windows area) or "Lower window ->" (for Ladder displays are) option to correct this.  Select the window that is hidden and it gets moved to the front and resized.
