This should not happen and the solution is likely a problem with the Java installation. If you've reinstalled Java more than once and TournamentSR still won't run, you can try the "jarfix" utility program at the following web site:
We have received 5 calls regarding this issue. The heart of the problem is running a 64-bit browser program which causes Oracle's site to install a 64-bit version of Java. Depending on the Internet browser you are using, the association of ".jar" files with Java may not be made.
TournamentSR is intended to work on old computers, so it remains a 32-bit application. We may eventually create a 64-bit version. For now, running the jarfix program allows the 64-bit Java to run the 32-bit TournamentSR.
