Using TournamentSR and support programs on recent Chromebooks

While Chromebooks can't directly run Java programs, recent Chromebooks support Linux inside Chrome OS.  Linux supports running Java programs, so recent Chromebooks can run TournamentSR and the free support programs.

We've updated our documentation to describe how to use TournamentSR with Linux on Chromebooks.  See the section titled "Getting Java programs to run on a Chromebook" in "Ensuring your computer has java":

In particular, you'll want to share the "Downloads" folder and install the "default-jdk" package.
