Our automated system automatically generates and sends the confirmation email as soon as you click the "Create account" button. If you don't receive that email within 5 minutes, chances are your email server has treated our confirmation as spam. Check your spam folder for the reply.
Occasionally our server gets a reply indicating the confirmation email cannot be delivered. There is nothing we can do in that case. You should contact us from another email account or by phone if you don't receive the confirmation email.
